This Court is one of Nasy Construction Limited’s residential projects with 9 fully furnished single-bedroom suites located at Ashongman near Adenta, Accra. It is within 25 minutes drive from the University of Ghana, 35 minutes from the Accra Mall & 40 minutes away from the Kotaka International Airport.

The Traveller’s Palm Court offers a secure and serene ambience with a breath-taking view of the Aburi mountain range. Each suite boasts of air conditioning, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, furniture in the living room and bedroom as well as a fully-fitted bathroom and kitchen ( fridge, microwave , cooker, gas cylinder, utensils). Tenants can move in with as is with minimal hassle.

The court also has a back-up power generator, water tank reserves and a laundry bay fitted with washing machines. We also take the security of our tenants very seriously; the property is gated and surrounded by barbed-wire wall. There is also a 24 hour security guard presence, CCTV cameras and an intercom network installed. Each suite also has its own collapsible security grille.
